Very good and tasty bread! The whole grain rolls and souls were also very tasty. The quality is convincing. I'm excited!

Incredibly delicious bread with a very manageable list of ingredients. Genetic engineering, technical enzymes, etc. are completely avoided.

The quality and taste of the baked goods is unique and worth the high price. The consistency of most things is too compact for me personally. I prefer a crispy, fluffy roll for breakfast. Addendum to the owner's answer dated January 2nd, 2021: It's nice when a baker stands behind his product. However, he should keep in mind that handicrafts also represent a service in which the paying customer is the focus. As is well known, one can argue about taste, but top-level teachings are wrong. To make the competitor product of at least equal quality with the reference to health disadvantages bad is simply a very bad style! For this reason only one star: not because of the product, but because of the arrogance of the owner.

Still the best baker in Augsburg for me. You can just taste the difference. Even compared to other organic bakers like Schubert, there is still a clear difference to be seen! For about a year when I shop there regularly, I once had that the pretzels weren't that good and once that bread was a bit hard. The souls and the barrique are highly recommended!

I live 2 minutes next to a Wolf bakery and still take the longer route to CUMPANUM. I think that says it all. Taste, quality and freshness is great, as is the selection. The staff is friendly and quick. Maybe 1 or 2 more types of bread roll would be nice, but if you're looking for high-quality baked goods, you've come to the right place.

Best bread far and wide. A little more expensive in terms of price but great quality. Many an Augsburg baker can learn a slice of it

Simply delicious bread. 100% natural ingredients, knowledge & friendly staff - if you wanna know more about what's inside kindly ask :-). The walnut one I've tried the other day...blew my mind. A juicy sourdough loaf, beautifully cross crust & so satisfying even without anything added 🙏

That is still love for bread and its natural (biblical) production. The turning away from wheat is also to be welcomed. Please keep it up ... always worth a trip from Lower Saxony.

Certainly good bread, BUT very high prices and an unfriendly service. The "salt crust" doesn't taste a bit salty. Has that been forgotten or is that what it was supposed to be?

The best, tastiest and most innovative baker I know. One is always surprised at the variety. And the whole thing in organic and regional grain. We love it!!!

Extremely delicious baked goods, anything but 08/15. We are big fans of the bread creations and the souls. There is a star deduction due to a seller (male, black, curly hair, bun) who has served us several times and with whom you never feel that you are welcome as a customer. He has always been in a bad mood, unfriendly and makes an offended impression. It's a shame, but that spoils the excellent overall impression of Cumpanum.

Hammer!! I just wanted to buy a loaf of bread. I stood in front of the counter like a little kid in the toy shop. I pulled myself together, but in the end I went with 4 different breads, and they all tasted world-class! :-) :-) this baker will be my first choice for the future ...

In the Center of town, unlike other Bäckereien, it provides a good selections of breads, different savory touch, interesting yet, delicious! The first time I tried Chili con Pena (chili bread) was tasty, incredible! An auto cashier machines in charge! This is absolutely new in Augsburg.

Good concept and skillful baking. Great choices of good bread. Very healthy and most importantly, Delicious! Friendly and welcoming personnel are a definite plus! I can only recommend! :)
